The AUTOFLASH upgrade is available for all Vastex flash units. With a press of the pedal the flash head is rotated over the pallet and automatically returned after a preset time. Select either a 120 or 240 volt version. A heavy duty stand is also an option.

Featuring diagnostic light, heat shield, convenient side handles, and one of the thinnest profiles in the industry, Vastex flash cure units provide you with the spot heating you need to quickly flash your plastisol and move on to the next garment.
All models carry an industry-leading 15-year heater warranty and feature: 360° head rotation; adjustable height; and "high-density medium-wavelength" infrared heaters with closely spaced coils that provide maximum cure speed and eliminate cold spots and under-curing associated with conventional infrared heaters.
Optional on all Vastex flash cure units is a Rotary Table with two vented steel pallets that allows the unit to double as a low cost dryer. Also optional is an Auto-Flash AF-120 or AF-240 upgrade that rotates the head into place above the pallet with the touch of a foot pedal, and automatically rotates the head away from the pallet after a user-adjustable dwell time has elapsed, to prevent over-flashing and under-flashing of garments.
