The 86 mesh count will lay down a heavy ink deposit and is often used for underbasing and printing large areas. Only available in white mesh for easy registration.
The versatile 110 count mesh can be used on many types of print jobs and is often used for underbasing and printing large areas.
Mesh counts between 125 and 230 lay down less ink producing a softer feel and reproducing better detail.
Use 255 mesh to reproduce very fine details while still depositing more ink than higher mesh counts. Adding curable reducer to plastisol ink will improve printability.
Use 305 mesh to reproduce very fine details.
