These professional grade aluminum pre-stretched screen-printing screens are extruded from high grade aluminum and hand-welded in the USA, ensuring a strong structure and durable life. The 17" x 17" HotSwap-Ready screen frame is ideal for the Merchmakr All-in-One Screen Printing Kit. Aluminum frames eliminate some problems that can occur with wood frames like warping. While the aluminum is a little more expensive, unless you are buying a lot of frames the cost difference is not that much. Great for printing plastisol inks and some waterbased inks.

These 17" x 17" frames are made using a 1 3/8"(35 mm) square extrusion and we exclusively use Saati fine quality mesh.
